By booking a tour or service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Following these guidelines ensures a safe, enjoyable, and transparent safari experience in Africa and beyond.
All bookings must be made through our official channels: website, email, phone(USA),phone(Kenya) or authorized agents.
A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required deposit (or full payment for late bookings) and provide a confirmation voucher.
Prices displayed are indicative and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Deposit: A deposit of 25–30% of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
Balance: Full payment must be received at least 30 days before departure.
Late Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or other approved methods.
Bank Fees: Any transaction or bank charges are the client’s responsibility.
Client Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund Schedule:
More than 45 days before departure: 90% refund
30–45 days before departure: 50–75% refund
Less than 30 days before departure: Deposit non-refundable / no refund
Company Cancellations: Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd may cancel tours due to insufficient participants, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen events. Clients will receive either a full refund or alternative tour options.
Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for any extra expenses, such as flight changes or extended accommodation.
Clients must secure valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel permits.
Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd is not responsible for denied entry or boarding due to missing or invalid documents.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accident, evacuation, cancellation, and lost baggage is strongly recommended.
Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (lodges, transport, guides). We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from their services.
Participation in safari activities involves inherent risks. By booking, clients accept these risks.
Clients are responsible for personal belongings.

Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd may take photos and videos during your safari for documentation and marketing purposes. These may be shared on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
We will also share these photos and videos with you.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the safari begins.
