All bookings must be made through our official channels, including our website, email, telephone contacts or authorized agents.

Prices displayed or quoted remain indicative and may change until your booking has been formally confirmed.

• A deposit of 25–30% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment must be received at least 30 days before departure.
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment when booking.
• Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or other approved methods.
• Transaction and bank charges are the client's responsibility.

Client cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Company cancellations

Nesh Tours & Safaris Ltd may cancel tours due to insufficient participants, unsafe conditions or unforeseen events. Where applicable, clients may receive a refund or alternative tour options.

Additional costs

Clients remain responsible for additional expenses resulting from changes, such as flight changes or extended accommodation.

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any travel permits required for their journey.

Nesh Tours & Safaris Ltd is not responsible for denied entry or boarding caused by missing or invalid travel documentation.

Nesh Tours & Safaris Ltd acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as lodges, transport providers and guides.

Participation in safari activities involves inherent risks. By booking, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the activities included in their itinerary.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their journey.

Nesh Tours & Safaris Ltd reserves the right to make necessary itinerary adjustments when required.

Where changes result from circumstances outside the company's control, including weather or political events, refunds or compensation are not guaranteed.

Clients are expected to exercise appropriate personal caution and follow the guidance of company representatives and safari guides throughout their journey.

• Respect wildlife, protected areas and conservation rules.
• Follow the reasonable instructions of guides and authorized personnel.
• Treat staff, communities and fellow travellers respectfully.
• Avoid conduct that creates unreasonable risk to yourself or others.

Content, photographs, itineraries and marketing materials published by Nesh Tours & Safaris Ltd are owned by the company.

Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Client information is handled confidentially and used for service delivery.

Information may be shared where necessary to process and fulfil bookings.

Photographs, videos or other recordings may be taken during tours and activities organized by Nesh Tours & Safaris.

Under the current policy, participation grants Nesh Tours & Safaris a non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual right to use those materials for the company's own marketing and promotional purposes.

Images and recordings are not sold, licensed or shared with third parties outside Nesh Tours & Safaris, and personal identifying information will not be published without additional consent.

By booking a tour or service with Nesh Tours & Safaris Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms applicable to your booking.
