Welcome to Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, travel packages, and services provided by our safari company. By booking a tour or service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Following these guidelines ensures a safe, enjoyable, and transparent safari experience in Africa and beyond.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official channels: website, email, phone(USA), phone(Kenya) or/and authorized agents.
A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required deposit (or full payment for late bookings) and provide a confirmation voucher.
Prices displayed are indicative and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Payment Terms
Deposit: A deposit of 25–30% of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
Balance: Full payment must be received at least 30 days before departure.
Late Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or other approved methods.
Bank Fees: Any transaction or bank charges are the client’s responsibility.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund Schedule:
More than 45 days before departure: 90% refund
30–45 days before departure: 50–75% refund
Less than 30 days before departure: Deposit non-refundable / no refund
Company Cancellations: Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd may cancel tours due to insufficient participants, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen events. Clients will receive either a full refund or alternative tour options.
Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for any extra expenses, such as flight changes or extended accommodation.
Travel Documents and Insurance
Clients must secure valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel permits.
Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd is not responsible for denied entry or boarding due to missing or invalid documents.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accident, evacuation, cancellation, and lost baggage is strongly recommended.
Liability and Risk
Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (lodges, transport, guides). We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from their services.
Participation in safari activities involves inherent risks. By booking, clients accept these risks.
Clients are responsible for personal belongings.
Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure
The Company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to itineraries when required.
If changes occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political events), refunds or compensation are not guaranteed.
Client Conduct and Responsibilities
Clients are expected to exercise personal caution and follow the guidance of company representatives and safari guides at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content, photos, itineraries, and marketing materials on our website are owned by Nesh Tours and Safaris Ltd.
Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy
All client information is handled with the utmost privacy and confidentiality and is used solely for service delivery; it will never be shared with third parties except where necessary to process and fulfill bookings.
Photography & Media Usage Clause
By booking a tour or participating in any activity organized by Nesh Tours & Safaris, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, or other recordings may be taken during the course of the tour.
You grant Nesh Tours & Safaris a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use such images or recordings solely for the company’s own marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the company website, social media platforms, email communications, and internal promotional materials.
Images and recordings will not be sold, licensed, or shared with third parties outside of Nesh Tours & Safaris, and no personal identifying information will be published without additional consent.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, it is your responsibility to notify the tour leader or a company representative at the start of the tour.
