Day 01 Nairobi
Departure for Maasai Mara

After breakfast, our representative will meet you at your hotel for a detailed safari briefing covering your itinerary, Maasai Mara highlights, and essential safety tips.

Depart Nairobi for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, traveling through the scenic Great Rift Valley with stops for breathtaking views and photo opportunities. Along the way, your guide will share insights into Kenya’s wildlife, culture, and landscapes.

Arrive at your lodge or camp in the Maasai Mara for a warm welcome, refreshing drink, and lunch. After settling in, set off on your first game drive, where you may spot the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos—alongside cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest.

As the sun sets over the golden plains, return to your lodge for dinner and an evening of relaxation by the campfire or lounge, drifting to sleep with the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 02 Maasai Mara
Optional Balloon Safari & Full-Day Game Drive

Start your day with an optional early morning hot air balloon safari over the Maasai Mara. Drift silently above rolling plains, forests, and rivers as the sun rises, casting a golden glow over herds of wildebeest, zebras, and elephants below. After landing, savor a champagne bush breakfast in the heart of the wilderness—an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

If you opt out of the balloon ride, enjoy a sunrise game drive when wildlife is most active, or sleep in and indulge in a leisurely breakfast at the lodge.

After breakfast, set off on a full-day game drive deep into the Maasai Mara. Explore diverse landscapes in search of the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and rich birdlife. Pause midday for a packed picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the reserve, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Return to Simba Lodge Maasai Mara in the late afternoon. Relax by the pool, enjoy the lodge’s serene atmosphere, and end the day with a delicious dinner under the African sky.

Day 03 Nakuru
Departure for Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park, enjoying scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, check into your lodge, relax, and have lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive to spot flamingos, rhinos, giraffes, lions, and other wildlife in the park’s diverse landscapes. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04 Naivasha
Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart from Lake Nakuru and drive to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake in the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy scenic views of rolling hills, lush vegetation, and glimpses of the lake along the way.

On arrival at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge (or similar), check in and have lunch. Relax before heading out for afternoon activities.

Take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha to spot hippos, fish eagles, pelicans, herons, and other bird species against the lake’s serene backdrop.

Continue to Crescent Island for a guided walk among free-roaming wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes. Your guide will share insights into the area’s wildlife and ecology.

Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 05 Ngorongoro creater
Serengeti Game Drive & Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, set off for Hell’s Gate National Park, a scenic gem near Lake Naivasha famed for its dramatic cliffs, towering rock formations, and free-roaming wildlife. Upon arrival, choose between a guided hike through the stunning Hell’s Gate Gorge or an exhilarating cycling adventure across the park’s rugged trails.

Along the way, spot zebras, giraffes, gazelles, and other wildlife grazing in the open plains. Hikers will marvel at the gorge’s narrow passages and striking rock formations, while cyclists enjoy the thrill of pedaling through diverse terrain with breathtaking views all around.

After your adventure, return to your lodge to relax and unwind. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, stroll through the lush grounds, or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere.

Day 06 Nairobi
Lake Naivasha to Nairobi

After breakfast, check out of the camp and enjoy a final game drive on the way out of the Serengeti. We then journey to the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, often called the eighth natural wonder of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Covering 102 square miles with towering 2,000-foot walls, this ancient volcanic caldera is a sanctuary for almost every wildlife species in East Africa.

Here, you can spot the rare black rhino, large herds of elephants with massive tusks, prides of lions, and countless zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes. The crater also features a soda lake filled with pink flamingos, lush forests, winding rivers, and vast open plains.
